This site is an advertising landing page and is not a patient portal. Please do not submit detailed medical history, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information through the forms here. Bring that to your consultation instead.

Your mobile information is never shared or sold
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or scheduling, is permitted only to carry out the request you made. All other use of mobile information, and all text messaging originator opt in data and consent, is excluded from any sharing whatsoever.

How long we keep information
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond to you and to meet our record keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Where an enquiry becomes a patient record, the record is held under the retention rules that apply to dental records in New York State.
