They show outcomes for those individuals under their specific clinical circumstances. Individual results vary, and no particular outcome is promised or guaranteed. Suitability for any treatment can only be determined after an examination and, where relevant, imaging.
Enquiries and appointments
Submitting a form is a request for contact. It does not book, hold, or confirm an appointment, and it does not create any obligation on either side until an appointment is agreed directly with the practice. We aim to respond to enquiries on the same business day, but response times are not guaranteed.
Fees, insurance and financing
Any fee, insurance, or financing information on this site is general. Actual fees depend on clinical findings. Insurance coverage depends on your individual plan, its terms, and its limits, and any estimate we give is an estimate rather than a guarantee of payment. Financing through Sunbit or Cherry is provided by those companies under their own terms and approval criteria, and Chroma Dental is not the lender.
Emergencies
Do not use this website to report a dental or medical emergency. Forms are not monitored continuously. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. For urgent dental problems, telephone the practice on (646) 440-3101 during opening hours.
