What you are agreeing to
By ticking the SMS consent box on a form on this website, you give Chroma Dental express written consent to send you text messages relating to the enquiry you submitted and to related dental services.
Types of message you may receive
- Replies and follow ups to a consultation enquiry you submitted.
- Appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders and changes.
- Answers to questions you send us by text.
- Occasional information about services related to your enquiry.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how your enquiry and treatment progress.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Chroma Dental does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (646) 440-3101.
Consent is never required
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or receiving any treatment. You can decline text messages and still book, attend, and receive care exactly as normal. Submitting a phone number on a form is not by itself consent to be texted. The SMS checkbox is separate, it is never pre ticked, and it is never required in order to submit a form.
Your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network conditions.
Do not send clinical information by text
Text messaging is not a secure channel. Please do not send medical history, photographs of clinical conditions, or other sensitive health information by text. Discuss those at your appointment or by telephone.
